Monitoring changes are very important for the   success of the plan as noted by your classmates.  In addition,   promoting changes to the staff and having the management’s team   support is a must for success.  What ideas do you suggest for monitoring employee-hand washing in   this example that I mentioned?

There are generally two forms of evaluations. Both forms of   evaluations are
necessary for the measurement of the overall success   of change implementation. However, I also believe that formative   evaluations, which is a routine check of the data versus a more random   check is more important in our case. With that in mind: Please   further elaborate on how dashboards and scorecards work as tools in   formative evaluation.
