Write a report in a 3- to 4-page Microsoft Word document that includes the following information:
A brief description of the mission and vision statements of your health care facility
A brief description of the plans that your health care facility has for implementing the National Health
Care IT Plan
Recommendations on ways to achieve the National Health Care IT Plan
A brief description of how the identified technology solution in W2: Assignment 2 relates to the ONC plans
The strategic planning process for the implementation of your chosen solution
For example, if you chose a technology solution that is currently used at your health care facility, make a case for the manner in which the solution is contributing to meet one or more of the strategic goals for the National Health Care IT Plan mentioned above. If the technology that you have chosen is a new one, describe how the solution will potentially contribute to meeting one or more of the strategic goals of the National Health Care IT Plan.
