Discuss examples of brands that succeeded in building successful relationships with their customers. 2. As part of any marketing activity, advertising plays a critical role in the value creation process for a firm. Critically examine the important elements of a firm’s communication strategy. Specifically, discuss what a firm needs to pay attention to when designing its advertising strategy. When you answer this question, please use examples to strengthen your arguments. 3. Some firms manage to be more innovative than others. They built a strong innovation culture in the firm. Examine what firms need to consider carefully when building an innovation culture. What should they invest in? Give examples of firms that were able to build a strong innovation culture as part of their business and explore what other firms can learn from these examples.
